Richard's Real Estate Thoughts

FaceBook

There has been so much posted about Twitter. And, if you are not on Twitter, it is time.

A couple LO's in my office, and now me also, are becoming great fans of FaceBook. As well as a great many people I know on a nonprofessional level. I complained at Sunday School yesterday that all my friend recommendations were for people under 25.

(For those who do not know, I am over 25.)

Facebook works. It is fun. It is growing. It is effective.

The fastest growing demographic on the site is actually over 35.

You can actually target a more local audience than with Twitter.

If you are not on Facebook. It is time.

Richard.....just added you as well.  I have received several referrals off of Facebook and AR.  It is about networking and a great way to share info.  Good luck and send me any buyers/sellers for the Charlotte, NC market.

Sonja and Libby,

Thanks for friending me. I really have enjoyed FB. Actually set up my profile some months ago, but only became active recently.

Be sure to check out my Diddle Buddy on his horsey.

I will do better with the lighting next time.

Facebook is fantastic!!! I have been able to get quite a few referrals off of Facebook and I have created a facebook page that is great! "Your Calgary Realtor -  Miranda Moser" Please feel free to join :)

In regard to Twitter I am leary to join for the simple reason that I don't want to get addicted to Tweets! :D

I use Facebook on a daily basis.  I have my Active Rain blog linked to Twitter, which is then linked to Facebook.  Easy to use and I have even gotten 4 leads recently by using it.

Bill,

I had just linked FaceBook to Twitter. I think I am going to like that. Congrats on the leads.
